John has more than 30-years of project and engineering management, test and evaluation, and configuration management experience within the US Department of Defense (DoD) Department of Homeland Security (DHS) with focus on: planning, developing, and testing rapid response systems; missile defense capabilities; developing combating Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) capabilities; developing air-to-ground weapon systems; managing space launch and satellite systems; analyzing energy technology requirements; and implementing command, control, communication, and computer information technology systems.

John is the owner and operator of a Service-Disabled, Veteran’s Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB) which provides Program/Financial Management and Systems Engineering/Technical Assistance (SETA) services to DHS and DoD and Engineering and Testing services to Amentum, Booz Allen Hamilton, and SAIC.

John is certified as a Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Acquisition Corps Member with senior level credentials in Program Management (Level III); Systems Planning, Research, Development, and Engineering (Level III); and Test and Evaluation (Level II).
