We provide Program and Project Management services for all of the life-cycle activities – from Program/Project initiation through materiel solution fielding and sustainment.
Services include:
• Facilitating Program/Project initiation/kick-off with vendors and performers
• Assisting with Program office planning, organizing, staffing, controlling, and leading the combined efforts of participating/assigned civilian, military, and contract personnel/organizations, for the management of a specific acquisition programs or projects, throughout the system’s life cycle
• Drafting Program office related documentation such as the Program Management Plan (PMP), Program Manager Charter, Program Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Memorandums of Agreement/Understanding (MOAs/MOUs) and other related/tailored documentation to ensure smooth Program/Project operations throughout the system’s life cycle
• Assisting with Program office oversight during the system engineering, test and evaluation, pre-deployment, deployment, and sustainment phases
